Laura Ashley's Firbeck Toile print carries a tree-of-life motif, and the Firbeck Toile Heart Necklace shapes it into a heart, the branches worked as openwork across the outline. At that scale the detail stays legible, and the pendant keeps its balance on a fine chain.
Recycled brass under silver plating makes up the pendant, gently polished so the surface gives a soft glow rather than a hard shine. Light catches along the branch lines and passes through the spaces between them.
For its size it is light, and it hangs true against the skin. The openwork keeps the shape easy to wear day to day.
