How long will my order take to arrive?

We deliver within the UK, and orders normally arrive within 1–3 working days via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. You’ll receive tracking by email once your order is dispatched. See our Delivery & Returns page for full details.

What metals and stones do you use?

Our collection features sterling silver, gold and precious and semi-precious stones, including Diamonfire cubic zirconia.

Can I return an item?

Yes — you have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty. Please contact us first via our Contact page.

How do I find my ring size?

There are two easy ways to measure at home:

Measure an existing ring — take a ring that already fits the intended finger and measure the inside diameter in millimetres, then match it to the chart below.

Measure your finger — wrap a strip of paper or string around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in millimetres. This is your finger circumference.

Measure at the end of the day when fingers are warmest, and if you’re between sizes we recommend choosing the larger size.

How do I care for my jewellery?

Everyday — put your jewellery on last, after perfume, lotion and hairspray, and take it off before showering, swimming or exercising. Avoid contact with water, chemicals and harsh cleaning products.

Cleaning — gently polish with a soft, dry or lightly damp cloth to restore shine; for sterling silver, an anti-tarnish cloth works well. Avoid abrasive materials, which can scratch metal and stones.

Storage — store each piece separately in the box or pouch provided, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Handle gold-plated and zirconia pieces gently, and remove rings for tasks that could damage the setting.
