Shipping policy

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on every order. There is no minimum spend and no delivery
charge is added at checkout. The price shown on the product page is the
price you pay.

Delivery time

Orders are dispatched promptly and normally arrive within 1–3 working days.
All orders are sent via UK Mail Recorded Delivery, tracked and recorded.
Tracking details are emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed
at weekends or on a public holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

Delays

Very occasionally a delivery is delayed by the carrier or by circumstances
outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days,
please get in touch through our Contact page and we will investigate it
with the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly
entered address.

Returns

Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty,
damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost. See our Refund
Policy for full details.

All prices are shown in GBP. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory
rights.
