Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the Prestige Amour website and to any order you place with us. Please read them before ordering. Prestige Amour is a UK-based online jewellery store.

Ordering
When you place an order you’ll receive an email acknowledging it. A binding contract is formed only once we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or there’s an error in the price or description — and will refund any payment taken.

Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £4.95. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers.

Products
We take care to describe and picture our products accurately, but slight variations in colour, finish and measurement can occur, and screens can display colours differently.

Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Cancellations and returns
Your right to cancel and return items is set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was formed.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
