Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty or damaged.How to Return
Please contact us before sending anything back. We'll provide return instructions and a return address. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be processed.Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.Faulty or Incorrect Items
