REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Prestige Amour jewellery. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

How to Return
Please contact us before sending anything back. We'll provide return instructions and a return address. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be processed.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
