Taken from the star motif in Laura Ashley’s Bowen print, this necklace sets one luminous crystal at its centre and frames it with a surround of cubic zirconia. The stones are small and closely set, so the pendant reads as one bright point rather than a cluster.
It is made in plated recycled brass and finished in either a cool silver or a warm yellow gold, with the centre stone in blue, green or orange. The chain is fine, which keeps the pendant sitting high and central at the base of the throat.
It is a simple thing to wear — good with a shirt collar, better with a plain neckline that gives the stone room. Layer it over a longer chain if you want a little more.
